Product Returns and Exchanges
Products purchased from the online store can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from receiving the product. If the size of the ordered product does not fit, it can be exchanged for another size of the same product. If we are unable to find the requested size for the returned product, we will inform you by email. If you wish to exchange or replace a product, please fill in the return form included in the shipment, indicating which products are to be exchanged or replaced and, in the case of an exchange, the new size you want.
It is not possible to return products whose product labels (including product price, product name, and product code) have been removed.
We recommend returning products, if possible, in their original transport packaging and returning all products from one order at once. The customer bears all costs related to returns unless the product is defective.
The returned goods must be unused and undamaged.
Returning Incorrect or Defective Products
Please notify us immediately if the product does not match the image shown in the online store or if it is defective, but no later than within 2 months of discovering the nonconformity or defect. A complaint can be submitted by emailing info@luxuryfinds.eu, where we kindly ask you to provide your contact details, the date of purchase, a description of the product defect, and the claim you are making.
If the product is incorrect or defective, please fill in the return form included in the shipment. Maximalist OÜ will reimburse you for the costs incurred in returning the product. Please keep the document you receive upon mailing the return and send it to info@luxuryfinds.eu together with the order number.
